In the midst of the outstanding achievement, former KSA Secretary, Mr. Vijay Kumar, recalls the key challenges the organization encountered in its initial years. In 1994 with a mere Rs. 6,00 /- in hand but the nineteen initial members manfully encountered every challenge, be it in terms of financial resources or delivery capabilities.
